Shipping Policy

At Hoisted Hair LLC, we strive to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note, during major sales or promotions, processing times may extend up to 7 business days. We ship all U.S. orders via FedEx, which includes receipt confirmation and insurance. Once processed, deliveries generally arrive within 2-3 business days. For shipments to PO Boxes, we use USPS, with overnight shipments arriving within 2 business days (excluding weekends).

For international orders, we use FedEx, and delivery typically occurs within 10 business days. Please be aware that shipping fees do not cover duties or customs charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Our shipping fees are as follows:

  • 2-3 Day Shipping: $25
  • 5-7 Day Shipping: $14.99

While we aim to provide timely delivery, please understand that shipping delays can occur due to carrier issues or external factors beyond our control. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non-refundable in such cases.

Return Policy 

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address (e.g., incorrect or incomplete details), we will restock the item and issue a store credit via an E-Gift Card for the order's value, minus the initial shipping fee and a $35 restocking fee. Please note that shipping and protection fees are non-refundable, and we are unable to reship returned packages. You will need to place a new order using the E-Gift Card with the correct shipping details.

We accept returns for store credit within 30 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging. Returned items will also incur a $35 restocking fee.

We encourage customers to carefully check their shipping information at the time of ordering. Hoisted Hair LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address details.
